Hello, welcome to Food Plus Fashion! If you want to read about me you can find it on my page: The Girl Behind The Blog. In the mean time, here’s a little bit about the blog itself.
This blog is focused around my two loves: Food and Fashion.
Food.
I love food.
All sorts of food.
I do try and eat a healthy diet..
But life is too short to say no to the sweet things.
I’m still learning how to cook, from the help of my Mum. I’m trying to get involved with the cooking as much as possible, but because my Mum is such an amazing cook I have some big shoes to fill!
Personal Favourite Foods:
My favourite meal has to be a curry.
My favourite fruits are strawberries, pineapple, grapes and bananas.
My favourite vegetables are mushrooms, courgettes, and cabbage.
My weakness is sauces, I love having a sauce to dip my food in. Be it tomato ketchup or mango chutney.
My typical dessert choice will include chocolate 9 times out of 10.

Fashion.
And then you have my passion for fashion.
Particularly clothes.
Shoes.
Jewellery.
Accessories.
In my love for food and fashion, I’ve come to find a new appreciation for exercise and the benefit it has on my mind and on my body. [Read more about my how I try to stay fit here.]
And above all, exercise enables me to indulge in Food and Fashion. I exercise to maintain my shape but also to allow myself the occasional treat – whether from the kitchen or in the wardrobe department!
I’ve come to look at my blog as a bright and vivid diary. I write about things that motivate me, things that make me happy and sometimes the things that make me unhappy.
This blog is about the lifestyle of a girl who has her head screwed on tight, knows exactly what she wants and goes after it. The girl faces plenty of obstacles and problems but that’s all part of the journey – follow along as I strive to lead a happy, healthy lifestyle! ♥
